CAN I COME AND VIEW THE SCULPTURES?In order to keep costs down Steel Ranch USA does not have a shop or storefront. However, we understand that viewing sculptures in person can be important. If you are interested in seeing a particular sculpture or sculptures, we can arrange a personalized viewing for you. Please contact us directly to schedule an appointment, and we will be happy to accommodate your request. Thank you for your understanding and interest.

CAN THE SCULPTURES BE SHIPPED?Yes, we are happy to facilitate door to door shipping to the lower 48 states.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY SCULPTURE?We accept payment by credit card or debit card through our secure provider here on the website or if you are collecting your order, you can pay by cash or Eftpos on collection. We can also accept payments via Paypal or Zelle.

CAN I PAY VIA PAYPAL?Yes. If you would like to pay with PayPal, please contact us and we can send you an invoice via PayPal.

CAN I PAY VIA BANK TRANSFER?Yes, we accept bank transfer payments from US banks only. Simply choose Bank Transfer as your payment method at checkout, then make your payment directly into our bank account once your order has been submitted. Payment must be made within 3 days of order date.

WHAT IF MY SCULPTURE ARRIVES DAMAGED?In the unlikely event that your sculpture arrives damaged, please email steelranchusa@outlook.com within 3 working days of delivery date, with your order number and a photo of the sculpture as it was received. Once we have received this email, we will send you an email to notify if we agree to return, replace or refund at our discretion. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund for ‘change-of-mind’ purchases. Once an order has been dispatched, shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds, if any, will be at the entire discretion of Steel Ranch USA and will be subject to any specific additional terms and conditions in respect of the original online transaction. It may be stated in the specific additional terms and conditions that no refund will be available. A request for a refund must be made by emailing us within 7 days of delivery date.

WILL THE SCULPTURES RUST OVER TIME?We coat all of our sculptures using premium grade marine varnish, this top coat will help withstand the harsh seasonal weather that your state may experience and prevents the steel from rusting over time. Think of it like the clear coat on your vehicle protecting your paint. Our goal is for our sculptures to remain looking as they do in our photographs, multiple coats of top quality marine varnish allows us to achieve this goal. We recommend applying additional coats of varnish every 5 years in order to keep your sculpture at its best.

HOW DO I GET MY SCULPTURE AFTER PURCHASE FROM STEEL RANCH USA?Once you purchase a sculpture from Steel Ranch USA, we strive to make the delivery process as seamless as possible. Immediately after your order is confirmed, our team will reach out to you with detailed information regarding pick up / delivery / shipping costs and logistics. We'll ensure that you are fully informed every step of the way, from the preparation and packaging of your sculpture to the final delivery at your preferred location. Should you have any special requirements or need further assistance, we are ready to help. At Steel Ranch USA, we prioritize both the quality of our sculptures and the satisfaction of our customers.

CAN YOU DELIVER THESE SCULPTURES LOCALLY?We are located in Buckeye, AZ. We offer free delivery within 30 miles of our property for all sculptures valued over $900. If your address is further than 30 miles from us no problem, we are happy to deliver anywhere in AZ for an additional delivery fee varying dependent on the distance of your delivery address from our location.
