GENERAL

We aim to dispatch orders (received before 4pm) within 3 working days. Occasionally, during exceptionally busy times, or if the item you have ordered needs its final coat of marine varnish, it could take a bit longer. Please let us know if your order is urgent so we can do our best to prioritize its processing.
Orders will be processed Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
We will send your entire order to one address. If you would like to send sculptures to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address. Each order will incur a separate delivery fee.
We will email you when your order has been dispatched with your tracking number.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
Delivery time frames will vary dependent on a number of factors:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping services, this must be arranged and co-ordinated by you the purchaser.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We can send sculptures directly to your recipient. At the checkout, you will be given the option to choose your shipping address. You can only choose one delivery address per order. If you need to send sculptures to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address. Each order will incur a separate delivery fee.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We deliver your order to the delivery address that you provide us at time of ordering, so please check your details carefully. If you have registered on our website, your order is available to view through the 'My Orders' section when you are logged in as soon as you place an order. If you are not a registered customer or do not log in before placing your order, you will not be able to view your orders through your account. Delivery is made to an address not to a stated person.
The product is at your risk as soon as it is delivered to you. Delivery will be deemed to have been made when it is left at the address nominated in your order, or when a "we missed you" card has been left at that premises.
We will make reasonable endeavors to dispatch the products to the address nominated in your order the next working day after accepting your order if received before 4pm. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel any order or part of any order.
Our orders are dispatched using various couriers at our discretion. Although we undertake to dispatch goods as soon as possible after receipt of your order, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date or time. We only give an estimated time based on the carrier's guidelines.
We will re-deliver, replace or refund the product at our option (shipping costs are non-refundable) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery, but we take no such responsibility if you gave an incorrect or insufficient address, or if there was no delivery due to the premises having no safe access point (e.g. a dog). You may incur additional delivery fees if your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details.
Orders can be cancelled up to the point of us dispatching the order. Once your order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
We endeavor to ensure that the product leaves us in good condition and well packaged for its journey. Please contact us immediately if any product has been damaged in transit.
We cannot accept liability for out-of-pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. When your parcel has been dispatched using our courier, deliveries are based on their rules and conditions for delivery. We shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond our reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts or civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labor disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Orders can be cancelled up to the point of us dispatching the order. Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded in full, and may be subject to a 15% admin fee at our discretion. Once your order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
In the unlikely event that your sculpture arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email steelranchusa@outlook.com within 3 working days of delivery date with your order number and a photo of the sculpture as it was received. Once we have assessed, we will send you an email to notify if we agree to return, replace or refund at our discretion. Unfortunately we are unable to refund for ‘change-of-mind’ purchases. Once an order has been dispatched, shipping costs are non refundable.
If your order is approved for a refund, your order and all of its contents must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and in the full original packaging. Refunds will only be issued once the item is received by us and deemed in an acceptable condition. Items must be returned to us within 7 days. We recommend that you send your items by recorded delivery.
Once approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and applied back to your original method of payment. We will endeavor to issue the refund within a reasonable time frame.
Refunds, if any, will be at the entire discretion of Steel Ranch USA LLC and will be subject to any specific additional terms and conditions in respect of the online transaction. It may be stated in the specific additional terms and conditions that no refund will be available. A request for a refund must be made by emailing steelranchusa@outlook.com.
